Castle Digital Works ("we") collects only what is needed to sell and deliver our products.

What we collect

• Purchase data: name, email address, billing country and the product bought. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Site data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security and no longer than 30 days.

How we use it

• To deliver the product, send receipts and product updates, and provide support.
• To comply with tax and accounting law.
• We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run advertising trackers.

Third parties

Stripe (payments and tax), Cloudflare (hosting), and the email provider used to send receipts. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; we honor them for everyone.
